AFC Fylde - Hornchurch

AFC Fylde enter this matchday 16 fixture looking to harness the momentum of their recent 3-1 victory over Hartlepool United. The hosts welcome Hornchurch to Mill Farm on 30 October 2026, aiming to stabilize their league form after a challenging run that saw them suffer a heavy defeat at Boreham Wood earlier in the week. With a mix of high-scoring successes and inconsistent results defining their recent schedule, the home side will be eager to prove their resilience against a side currently navigating its own difficulties.

Hornchurch arrive at this encounter searching for a response following consecutive league losses against Yeovil Town and Hartlepool United. While they enjoyed a comfortable FA Cup qualification win over Uxbridge in mid-October, their recent National League form has been hampered by defensive lapses. Both teams are desperate to find a consistent rhythm as they navigate the busy autumn schedule, making this contest a pivotal opportunity for either side to climb the table.
