Como - Manchester United

Wednesday evening at Stadio G. Sinigaglia, Como face Manchester United in a pivotal Champions League matchday 3 encounter. The hosts enter the fixture following a convincing 3-1 victory over Fiorentina in the Serie A, providing a timely boost after their narrow defeat to Feyenoord in this competition. Como will rely on the expected midfield trio of Nico Paz, Martin Baturina, and Maximo Perrone to dictate the pace of the game against their Premier League visitors.

Manchester United arrive in Italy looking to regain momentum after a challenging run of results, including a recent draw against Leeds United and a loss to Atletico Madrid. The visitors face significant defensive hurdles, with Lisandro Martinez, Leny Yoro, and Luke Shaw all sidelined. With Bruno Fernandes expected to anchor the midfield, United must overcome these absences to secure a result in a testing European environment.
