Feyenoord - Fortuna Sittard

Feyenoord host Fortuna Sittard at de Kuip on 31 October 2026 for this Eredivisie matchday 11 encounter, looking to balance their domestic ambitions with a demanding schedule. The expected XI for the hosts features a midfield trio of Luciano Valente, Oussama Targhalline, and Charles Vanhoutte, tasked with controlling the tempo against a visiting side likely to rely on the defensive discipline of Rodrigo Guth and Justin Hubner. With Nacho Ferri and Anis Hadj Moussa leading the line, the home side will aim to break down a compact defensive structure.

Feyenoord enter the contest following a hard-fought 1-1 draw with PSV Eindhoven, a result that highlights their current competitive intensity. Fortuna Sittard arrive with their own streak of resilience, having remained unbeaten in their last three league outings, including a narrow 1-0 victory over Excelsior. The visitors will look to build on that defensive solidity to frustrate their hosts in this high-stakes league clash.
