Last updated: Today, at Getafe and Brighton meet in Conference League matchday three
Thursday evening at the Coliseum, Getafe host Brighton & Hove Albion for a pivotal Conference League matchday 3 encounter. Both sides enter this fixture looking to establish momentum in the group stage as the competition intensifies. Getafe return to home soil following a productive week that saw them secure a 3-1 victory against Sevilla in LaLiga and a hard-fought win over UB Lebrijana in the Copa del Rey, providing a necessary boost after their heavy defeat to Lugano earlier in the tournament.
Brighton & Hove Albion arrive in Spain riding a wave of confidence after an impressive 1-0 win against Manchester City in the Premier League. Their European campaign has been marked by defensive resilience, highlighted by a clean sheet against Jablonec in their most recent Conference League outing. With both teams showing signs of tactical refinement, this clash will test whether Getafe can maintain their domestic scoring form against a disciplined Brighton side.
