Lecce - Bologna

Lecce and Bologna arrive at Stadio Ettore Giardiniero - Via del Mare on 11 October 2026 for this Serie A matchday 6 encounter searching for much-needed stability. The hosts, Lecce, have experienced a turbulent start to the campaign, oscillating between heavy defeats and a narrow 3-2 victory over Monza. With Wladimiro Falcone expected to anchor the defence, the side will look to rediscover the attacking rhythm that saw them overcome Venezia earlier in the term.

Bologna travel to the coast facing their own challenges, having struggled to secure a win in recent weeks. A 1-1 draw against Torino provided a minor reprieve, but the visitors remain thin in depth due to the injuries of Emil Holm and Jens Odgaard. The expected XI, featuring Riccardo Orsolini and Lewis Ferguson, will aim to break a winless streak that dates back to the opening stages of the season.
