Leganes - Cordoba

Friday evening at Estadio Butarque, Leganes host Cordoba for matchday 10 of the LaLiga2 season. Both sides enter the contest looking to find consistency, with the hosts aiming to reverse a difficult run of results that has seen them struggle to find the net in recent outings, including a heavy defeat against Cadiz earlier this month. The expected XI for Leganes features Alvaro Morata leading the line, supported by a midfield trio of Miguel Atienza, Daniel Rodriguez, and Ismael Gharbi, as they attempt to secure a much-needed result on home soil.

Cordoba arrive in search of stability after a mixed sequence of performances, most recently falling to Eldense on 10 October 2026. While they managed a narrow win against Tenerife in early October, their defensive record has been tested throughout the campaign. With Diego Bri and Percan expected to spearhead the attack, the visitors will look to exploit any lingering uncertainty in the Leganes ranks.
