Lillestroem - Viktoria Plzen

Lillestroem face an urgent need to tighten their defensive structure after a bruising run in Europe. The home side welcomes Viktoria Plzen to Aaraasen Stadion on 5 November 2026 for this Europa League matchday 4 encounter, aiming to bounce back from a difficult six-goal defeat against Real Sociedad. With Gustav Nordh and Thomas Lehne Olsen expected to lead the attack, the hosts will look to replicate the attacking rhythm that recently secured a narrow league victory over Brann.

Viktoria Plzen arrive in Norway buoyed by a dominant four-goal shutout in their domestic league, a result that highlights their capacity for clinical finishing. The visitors, who are expected to field a midfield anchored by Lukas Cerv and Patrik Hrosovsky, have experienced mixed fortunes in this competition. Both sides are searching for consistency as they navigate this pivotal stage of the group campaign.
