OH Leuven - KV Mechelen

OH Leuven enter this matchday 11 clash on 7 November 2026 with momentum after a hard-fought 2-1 victory away at St.Truiden. Their recent form has been steady, marked by a resilient unbeaten run in league play that includes a draw against Union St.Gilloise. However, the hosts must navigate this fixture without the suspended Birger Verstraete, placing extra responsibility on the expected midfield trio of William Balikwisha, Siebe Schrijvers, and Wouter George to anchor the side.

KV Mechelen arrive in fine fettle, buoyed by a convincing 3-1 win over Kortrijk and a narrow victory against Genk. Their attacking output has been prolific lately, notably in a dominant cup win against Eupen. With Bouke Boersma sidelined through injury, the visitors will rely on the attacking threat of Benito Raman to test the defensive line at King Power at Den Dreef. Given their recent history of tight encounters, including a 2-2 draw earlier this year, another closely contested battle is anticipated.
