OH Leuven - Lommel

William Balikwisha anchors the expected OH Leuven midfield as his side prepares to host Lommel on 24 October 2026 for this Belgian Pro League matchday 9 fixture. Coming off a narrow 1-0 cup victory over Francs Borains, Leuven look to translate that defensive solidity into league success at King Power at Den Dreef. After a difficult run in early September, the hosts have shown signs of stability with a recent draw against Union St.Gilloise and a clean sheet in their last outing, providing a platform for their attacking unit to find consistency.

Lommel arrive seeking a response following a heavy cup defeat to St.Truiden last week. Despite the absence of the injured Dries Wouters, the visitors will look to rekindle the form that saw them secure a 3-1 win over SK Beveren earlier in October. With a forward line led by Jason van Duiven, Lommel must tighten up defensively to avoid the lapses seen in their recent travels. This encounter at King Power at Den Dreef offers both sides a chance to climb the table as they search for rhythm in a competitive campaign.
