Pau - Nantes

Saturday evening at Stade du Hameau, Pau and Nantes meet for a matchday 12 encounter in Ligue 2. The two sides last faced each other in the Coupe de France on 5 January 2024, a contest that saw Nantes emerge as winners with a 4-1 scoreline. As they prepare to renew acquaintances, the current momentum heavily favors the hosts, who enter this fixture with confidence following a series of positive results.

Pau arrive in excellent form, having secured four consecutive victories, including a 3-1 win over Metz on 30 October 2026. Conversely, Nantes have struggled to find consistency in recent weeks, managing only a 1-1 draw against Clermont Foot in their latest outing. With Pau riding a significant wave of success and Nantes looking to recover from a difficult run of results, the tactical battle on the pitch will determine which side can assert control.
