Real Valladolid - Leganes
Last updated: Today, at Real Valladolid host Leganes in LaLiga2 matchday 12
Monday evening at Estadio Jose Zorrilla, Real Valladolid welcome Leganes for a crucial LaLiga2 matchday 12 encounter. The hosts look to steady their league campaign following recent losses to Granada and Eldense, despite a midweek Copa del Rey victory over CD Covadonga. With Alvaro Aceves expected in goal and a midfield anchored by Stanko Juric and Julien Ponceau, Valladolid will aim to replicate the attacking fluidity they displayed in their 5-0 win over Albacete earlier this month.
Leganes arrive seeking a turnaround after a difficult run of results, most recently drawing with Mallorca. Their expected XI, featuring Raul Fernandez in goal and Patrick Soko leading the line, face a difficult task against a side they last met in March 2026, when Valladolid secured a 3-2 victory. Both teams are desperate for points to climb the table as the season approaches its second quarter.
