Sampdoria - S.S. Arezzo

On 18 October 2026, Sampdoria host S.S. Arezzo at Stadio Luigi Ferraris for matchday 7 of the Serie B season. Both sides enter this encounter looking to find stability, as recent weeks have proven challenging for the hosts. Sampdoria have struggled to find consistency, suffering a heavy 4-1 defeat against Avellino in their most recent outing. The home side must navigate this fixture without the services of Danel Sinani, Mattia Viti, and Salvatore Esposito, who are all sidelined due to injury.

S.S. Arezzo arrive in Genoa following a goalless draw against Cremonese, providing a defensive foundation they will hope to build upon. Their form has been erratic, including a difficult 4-1 loss to Sudtirol earlier in the campaign. With Gennaro Iaccarino missing through injury, the visitors will rely on the expected XI led by Alberto Cerri to test the Sampdoria backline.
