Sandefjord - Lillestroem
Sandefjord host Lillestroem at Jotun Arena in Eliteserien clash
Sandefjord arrive at matchday 24 following a steady run of form, highlighted by a recent 1-1 draw against Rosenborg and a commanding 3-0 league victory over Start. While Tobias Borchgrevink Boerkeeiet is sidelined through suspension, the hosts look to maintain their momentum with an expected XI featuring Jakob Masloe Dunsby and Sebastian Holm Mathisen in attack. Conversely, Lillestroem enter this fixture after a demanding stretch of domestic and European commitments, including a hard-fought 1-1 draw against Sparta Prague on 15 October 2026.
This encounter at Jotun Arena serves as a rematch of their 16 May 2026 meeting, where Lillestroem secured a 3-1 victory in the Eliteserien. With both sides aiming to solidify their standing in the league, the tactical battle between the expected lineups will be decisive. Whether Sandefjord can exploit the visitors' busy schedule or if Lillestroem will replicate their earlier success remains the central question.
