S.S. Arezzo - Benevento

S.S. Arezzo enter this matchday 8 fixture at Stadio Citta di Arezzo following a resilient 2-1 victory over Sampdoria, a result that helped steady their campaign after a difficult run earlier in the season. The home side, expected to feature Alberto Cerri and Camillo Tavernelli in attack, has shown an ability to bounce back from heavy defeats by finding clinical results on the road. Their recent form has been a mix of defensive struggles and flashes of offensive quality, leaving them eager to establish consistency on home soil.

Benevento arrive in better rhythm, having maintained an unbeaten streak across their last four league outings, highlighted by a 2-0 win over Cesena. With David Okereke and Francesco Paolo Salvemini expected to lead the line, the visitors look to build on their recent momentum. The two sides last met in the Serie C Super Cup on 9 May 2026, where Benevento secured a narrow win.
