Torreense - Ararat Armenia

Torreense and Ararat Armenia arrive at Dr. Magalhaes Pessoa on 5 November 2026 for their Europa League matchday 4 encounter following contrasting continental campaigns. Torreense have endured a difficult run in the competition, falling to defeats against Sunderland and Ferencvaros, though they previously secured a victory over Lillestroem. Their domestic form has been similarly inconsistent, recently drawing with Portimonense after a narrow win against Amarante FC.

Ararat Armenia enter the contest looking to recover from heavy Europa League losses against AZ Alkmaar and Sparta Prague, despite maintaining a strong domestic rhythm. The visitors arrive with momentum from recent league successes against Gandzasar and FC Noah. With the expected XI featuring Sandro Lima and Zhirayr Shaghoyan, Ararat Armenia will test a Torreense side led by Lucas Paes and Musa Drammeh. Both teams seek a vital result to shift their European trajectory.
